These dishes combine three main elements that are sacred Filipino cooking: sweet (tamis), sour (asim) and salty (alat). They almost always come with rice and an ice-cold Red Horse beer or traditional Tanduay Rum.
At Ading's Kitchen, we bring Filipino home-cooking to London. Situated in Broadway Market (Tooting), our family-owned restaurant is the best place to be introduced to the wonders of this Asian food. Sip on a glass of wine while Rodell, our Head Chef, tosses freshly caught tuna in delicious calamansi juice or slow-cooks beef in a rich tomato curry sauce for you to enjoy.
